This half-day course is aimed at therapists already working in the field of hand therapy who wish to learn the anatomy, biomechanics and theories of mobilisation techniques. Time will be spent looking at indications and contra-indications of using mobilisations as well as plenty of time practising mobilisations of the IPJs, MCPJs and wrist.
