All hand therapists spend much of their time assessing the hand and upper limb. Without good assessment, it is impossible to set treatment goals and evaluate effectiveness. This one day course aims to improve your assessment skills and teach you to look at your techniques in relation to the relaibility and validity of the tools you are using. Hand assessment can easily be taught for several days and in a one day course you can choose to have an overview of most techniques and tools or to look at specific ones in detail. Attached is an example one day course.
